Information about our services:

• The BHG-MyHrDocs platform is primarily a secure place for payroll providers to upload payroll reports for the employer to review and approve and employees to view and download.
• The records are stored by month and year and can be viewed and downloaded at any time.
• All records can be stored by year up to a maximum of 6 years, any documents older than 6 years will be automatically deleted.

Functions include the following:

For employees:

• Our platform provides employees with a secure place to view and download all of their employment documents.
• Payslips are uploaded to their folder each month and P60’s etc uploaded at the end of the tax year.

For the payroll provider:

• Our platform provides a secure way to upload payroll information to the end user, employee and employer
• Using the upload function, any document can be uploaded for the employee and employer to view.

For employers:

• Our platform provides a secure place to view the monthly payroll reports and upload any employment documents you may wish to save such as contracts and pay reviews etc.

Timesheets, Expenses and Mileage:

• There is also a function for employees to record their time or overtime, expenses and mileage for payroll.
• Once entered, this data can be exported for payroll to process.
• When the period has been processed, they can be locked, ready for the next payroll run.
